The Rev’d Dr. Dawn Davis is Assistant Professor of Contextual Theology and Director of Leadership for Ministry Programs at Huron University College. An experienced Anglican priest with professional certification in human resources, she specializes in training and development, organizational behaviour, and spiritual formation.
Dawn holds a Doctor of Ministry in Spiritual Formation and previously served as Faith Formation Coordinator for the Diocese of Niagara. She is passionate about nurturing faith, confidence, and vocation among lay leaders.
She is co-editor (with Matthew Floding) of Experience: Spiritual Formation in Theological Education and the author of the Revive program through RenewalWorks, a ministry of Forward Movement. Revive is an international small-group program that equips lay leaders and clergy to grow in prayer, scripture, and discernment of call.
At St. Paul’s Cathedral, Dawn joins the team in supporting adult faith formation, strengthening discipleship, and fostering collaboration between the Cathedral and Huron University College.
