As Dean, Kevin provides spiritual and organizational leadership for the cathedral’s worship, music, outreach, and civic life, helping St. Paul’s serve both its congregation and the wider community.
He is deeply committed to rich, thoughtful Anglican liturgy shaped by strong preaching, sacramental theology, and exceptional music, and works collaboratively to ensure worship is both reverent and welcoming.
Beyond the cathedral, Kevin is a passionate advocate for social justice, the dignity of every person, and care for those on the margins, with a strong commitment to ecumenism and interfaith dialogue.
Kevin holds degrees from Memorial University of Newfoundland, Huron University College, and McCormick Theological Seminary, and has served in parish and leadership roles across Ontario before becoming Dean of St. Paul’s Cathedral.
Known for his pastoral warmth and thoughtful leadership, he seeks to lead with faith, imagination, and generosity.
