Serving as an Altar Server at the Holy Eucharist is a deeply rewarding and spiritual ministry. Altar Servers assist not only at regular Sunday liturgies, but also at diocesan gatherings, weddings, funerals, and other special services throughout the year.
The primary role of an Altar Server is to support the priest in the celebration of the liturgy through specific duties and attentive participation, helping to lead the congregation by example in reverence and prayer.
Training is provided, and scheduling is flexible to accommodate personal availability.
