St. Paul’s Cathedral has been renowned for the excellence of its music since the early nineteenth century. That tradition continues today through the expertise and leadership of our Director of Music, Laurence Williams, the superb quality of our organ, and the dedication and training of our professional choir. Admission to the Cathedral Choir is by audition, reflecting the high musical standard to which we are committed.

Our repertoire is broad and rich, spanning the fifteenth through to the 21st centuries, and includes works from all across choral tradition.

The Choir sings at most principal Sunday services, at diocesan gatherings, and at special services such as funerals upon request.
